The 992 GT3 R: Engineering for Endurance GT3

Porsche Motorsport introduced the 992-generation GT3 R as a replacement for the 991.2 variant, with a revised aerodynamic package and a naturally aspirated flat-six. The new aero kit and carbon-fibre body panels were developed specifically to improve downforce balance and kerb-weight distribution across a wider range of circuits. The sequential six-speed gearbox and rear-wheel-drive layout are optimised for the technical demands of GT3 endurance competition worldwide.
