READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR RETURN
Hi Collector, before you ship your return back to us, please take a couple of minutes to read this. Our 1/18 and 1/43 scale models are delicate collector's pieces, and they only travel safely when properly protected. Following these simple guidelines will make sure your return is processed smoothly and your refund arrives quickly.
How to Pack Your Return
To make sure the product comes back to us intact, please follow these rules:
- Always use the original packaging the model was delivered in, including the internal protections.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, use a sturdy box of adequate size and insert the same bubble wrap we use for shipping, or equivalent protective materials.
- Make sure the product cannot move freely inside the box: it must be wrapped and secured on all sides.
- Clearly write "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box, so the courier handles the parcel with the care it needs.
What Happens If the Product Arrives Damaged
We want to be clear and direct here, because this is a point we consider essential: if the model, the original cardboard packaging, or the plexiglass display/case arrives damaged due to inadequate packing, the return cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.
This is because a damaged product is no longer resalable and no longer meets the original condition it had at the time of sale — a condition essential to guarantee our collectors flawless pieces. In these cases, we cannot accept complaints related to the damage, since the cause lies in the customer's packaging choice rather than a product defect or an error on our part.
Why This Matters
Every piece in our collection — die-cast or resin, with photo-etched parts, tampo prints, and refined finishes — deserves the same care we put into it when we ship it out. Packing it properly for a return means preserving its value and allowing us to offer it again in the same condition we originally sent it to you.
If you have any doubts about how to pack your return correctly, reach out to us before shipping — we're always happy to help.
