Born out of Danhausen’s mail‑order business in Aachen, Minichamps revolutionised die‑cast collecting when it shifted production to China in 1990. Rapid tooling, razor‑sharp tampo print and keen pricing made Minichamps the ’90s benchmark for F1, DTM and Porsche models. The range now spans 1:64 to 1:12 and mixes die‑cast with resin while retaining German development control. Each release is an authentic snapshot of automotive history.
