When Scuderia Ferrari HP wheeled out both SF-25s at Miami International Autodrome on 30 April 2025, something immediately broke with 75 years of Maranello tradition: the livery was asymmetric. Ferrari red dominated the left flank while HP's electric blue and white swept across the right, front wing, rear wing and wheel covers. LookSmart — an official Ferrari supplier under the MR Group — has reproduced that one-race-only scheme on Charles Leclerc's No. 16 car as a handmade composite resin 1:18 scale model, supplied with a display showcase.
Ferrari SF-25: 71st F1 Single-Seater from Maranello
Carrying the internal Ferrari designation 677, the SF-25 is the 71st single-seater Ferrari has built for Formula 1. Its carbon-fibre composite monocoque runs double wishbone pull-rod suspension at both ends — a switch from the push-rod front geometry of the SF-24. Power comes from the Ferrari Tipo 066/15: a 1,600 cc 90-degree V6 turbo-hybrid spinning to 15,000 rpm, producing roughly 740 bhp from the internal combustion unit alone, with a further 161 bhp available from the MGU-K. Combined hybrid output sits around 901 bhp, all contained within a car weighing 800 kg including driver.
Miami 2025: A Livery That Rewrote Ferrari Protocol
The 2025 Miami GP fell on the first anniversary of Ferrari's title partnership with HP Inc., and both parties used the occasion to debut a co-engineered asymmetric graphic treatment — the first in Scuderia Ferrari's history. The HP-branded wrap applied to Leclerc's SF-25 was manufactured from a PVC-free, fully recyclable film stated to be up to 14% lighter and 17% thinner than the wrap used in 2024. Leclerc qualified P8, ran as high as P3 during the race, then collected a 20-second post-race time penalty after a final-lap spin at Turn 3, leaving him classified P7 and earning 6 championship points.
LookSmart's Resin Construction at 1:18
LookSmart operates under the MR Group umbrella, which holds formal Official Supplier status with Ferrari and represents the brand at major international motor shows. That relationship informs the level of access the studio has to livery data, colour references and dimensional information. The SF-25 Miami model is built entirely from hand-cast composite resin — the standard material for collector-grade single-seater reproductions at this scale — allowing fine surface geometry across the complex aerodynamic bodywork. The red, electric blue and white HP anniversary scheme is carried across the engine cover, rear wing, front wing and wheel covers, mirroring the full-car application seen on track on 4 May 2025.
In the Display Cabinet
The model ships with a dedicated display showcase, allowing it to be presented immediately without additional investment. Because the SF-25 is the final Ferrari F1 car built under the 2022-generation regulations — 2025 being the last season before an entirely new ruleset takes effect in 2026 — race-specific livery variants of this chassis carry a natural closing-chapter significance. The asymmetric Miami livery appeared on this car for one race only, making the LookSmart 1:18 the definitive physical record of that combination. A companion 1:43 version of the same car exists for collectors who work across multiple scales.
