What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and box.

Refunds are issued for the returned item only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When a return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost—equal to the original shipping fee—will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed.

The original shipping cost is refunded; only the return shipping cost is excluded from the refund.

All orders are processed and delivered from Italy within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping status can be verified at any time by using the tracking number provided via e-mail. You can also access this information within your account.

UK Orders: orders to the UK must total Euro 170+. Customs duty and import VAT for orders over this amount are charged by the courier on delivery and are payable by the customer.

Tax and Duties: for orders shipped outside the European Economic Area (EEA), local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply once the parcel reaches its destination. Please note that refusal or non-collection of a parcel may generate additional costs related to return shipping or import/export processing, which will be deducted from any eventual refund.

Is processing time the same as delivery time?

No. Processing time (2–4 business days) is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
