What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and box.

Refunds are issued for the returned item only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When a return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost—equal to the original shipping fee—will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed.

The original shipping cost is refunded; only the return shipping cost is excluded from the refund.

Tax and Duties: for orders shipped outside the European Economic Area (EEA), local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply once the parcel reaches its destination. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2 -4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Is processing time the same as delivery time?

No. Processing time (2–4 business days) is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Delivery time depends on your destination and begins after the order has been shipped.
