Refund policy
Return window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return To request a return, log into your account at account.vroomimodels.com or contact us at info@vroomimodels.com. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label. Returns not shipped within this window will be closed and no longer eligible.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vroomimodels.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised items (special orders)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
Exchanges To exchange an item, return it following the process above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Once we confirm your withdrawal and issue a return label, you must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
