BBR Models translates that moment into a 1:18 die-cast replica, documenting a car, a livery and a race that marked a clear inflection point in Ferrari's 2024 campaign.

Ferrari SF-24 — The Machine

The SF-24 was Ferrari's challenger for the full 2024 FIA Formula 1 World Championship season, powered by a 1.6-litre turbo-hybrid V6 power unit. Operated under the name Scuderia Ferrari HP following the title partnership with HP Inc. announced in April 2024, the car represented a significant aerodynamic evolution over its predecessor. Car number 16 was assigned to Charles Leclerc for the entire season, with the SF-24 proving competitive enough to challenge at the sharp end in Miami.

Miami 2024 — A Livery Debut and a Landmark Race

The 2024 Miami Grand Prix was the first appearance of the Scuderia Ferrari HP livery on the SF-24: Ferrari red with revised sponsor placements, the HP logo prominent on the engine cover and nose. Leclerc qualified second and held that pace into the race, ultimately finishing third at +9.920 seconds behind race winner Lando Norris — whose maiden Formula 1 victory this was — and Max Verstappen in second. Teammate Carlos Sainz crossed the line fourth but was penalised five seconds for contact with Oscar Piastri, placing him fifth in the official classification.

The 1:18 Scale Model — BBR Die-Cast Construction

BBR Models, the Italian manufacturer with a long record in high-detail Formula 1 replicas, produces this piece in die-cast metal at 1:18. Die-cast construction at this scale allows the complex 2024-specification aerodynamic surfaces of the SF-24 — including front wing geometry, sidepod undercuts and the rear beam wing configuration — to be rendered with the accuracy that collectors expect from BBR's top-tier releases. The livery replication covers the full HP partnership branding as it appeared at Round 6.

In the Display Cabinet — Context and Companions

This model pairs naturally with the McLaren MCL38 No. 4 (Lando Norris, 2024 Miami GP winner) and the Red Bull RB20 No. 1 (Max Verstappen, P2) to recreate the complete 2024 Miami podium at 1:18. It also sits alongside Leclerc's 2024 Monaco GP winner — his home race victory — for a focused Leclerc 2024 season shelf. As the debut race of the Scuderia Ferrari HP identity, it holds a specific reference point in any Ferrari contemporary-era collection.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0922/8828/7104/files/vroomi-bbr241816b-front34-v2_67dc66da-1d43-4bf6-9d18-332cd5d07573.jpg?v=1792772229
