# Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 V-Spec II 2001 Black OEM Rims KK Scale 1:12

> The Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR34 V-Spec II in Super Black, rendered as a 1:12 scale model car in die-cast by KK Scale — factory-correct OEM rims, dry-carbon spoiler, no modifications.

The BNR34 V-Spec II sits at the top of the R34 GT-R hierarchy. It came fitted with a dry-carbon rear spoiler as standard equipment. KK Scale has chosen the purist configuration: Super Black bodywork, OEM multi-spoke alloys, showroom specification.

## BNR34 V-Spec II: The Engineering Case

Under the bonnet sits Nissan's RB26DETT — a 2.6-litre twin-turbocharged inline-six mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. Factory power was rated in line with the Japanese gentlemen's agreement of the era, though real-world output ran considerably higher. The V-Spec II's enhanced suspension and drivetrain made it the definitive driver's version of the R34.

## Super Black, OEM Rims: The Factory-Correct Reference

Black examples on original OEM multi-spoke wheels represent the R34 GT-R exactly as it left Nissan's Omori factory — unmodified, untuned, and all the more desirable for it. The V-Spec II was offered across several factory colours during its production run; Super Black on OEM alloys is among the most frequently referenced configurations and serves as the benchmark against which every subsequent modification is measured. This is the car as a 2001 buyer would have collected it from the showroom.

## KK Scale's 1:12 Die-Cast: Large-Scale Presence for a JDM Icon

KK Scale produces this model in die-cast at 1:12 — a scale that places the BNR34 in the top tier of collector display pieces. The 1:12 format gives the R34's characteristic proportions — wide rear haunches, flat roofline, carbon spoiler — the room to register as they do on the actual car. The deliberate choice of OEM wheel specification makes this the factory-correct reference casting in the KK Scale range for this subject.
